Eric M. Jensen CFP, ChFC
I was born outside of Minneapolis, but really grew up in the country in central Wisconsin. My family was lower income…..OK, let’s be honest….we were broke. I was determined from a young age to not be broke when I grew up. To this day, I believe money won’t make you happy, but it will give you options. I prefer to have options. As a result, I paid my own way through college at the University of Northwestern earning a B.S. in Organizational Administration. I also graduated top honors, Summa Cum Laude. I started my financial services career as an advisor at American Express in 1996. I worked there for about nine years and was a Senior Financial Advisor and Gold Team member. In 2005, I moved my family to Colorado to enjoy all that this beautiful state has to offer. I also established Foxton Financial in order to be fully independent. During my career, I have earned my Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations. As a financial advisor, I earn a living helping people. I help people make educated, prudent, thoughtful financial decisions. Personally, I am a family man at heart. I love my wife and kids and love to spend time with them. I am thankful to be able to enjoy Colorado and all its activities. Oh, and occasionally, I like to get to the gym.
